We pride ourself on the quality of service and products we provide to our clients. However, should you be provided with a faulty product or unsatisfactory service, the full product/service purchase price will be refunded should a cancellation of contract request be received by ReCognite within 14 days of initial contract agreement date.
ReCognite is not able to give refunds or exchanges/credits in instances of:
- A change your mind about a product or service you have purchased once you receive it from ReCognite.
- You are outside of the 14 day term stipulated above.
